Returns
Product returns are not accepted for any reason without a Return Authorization Number (RAN) written on the shipping carton. Call ASC for a RAN.
Returned products must be packaged properly with original packaging and INSURED FOR FULL RETAIL VALUE against damage in shipment. We recommend using a package shipping company for best results, especially if packing materials have been discarded.
Delivery and return shipping fees will be paid by the consumer and are not refundable.
Returned items subject to a 15% of MSRP restocking fee.
Custom Sizes
Price is generally rounded to the next standard larger size + a 10% customizing fee.
For example, a TubeTrap ordered at 25″ length is priced at the 3′ price level + 10% customization fee. Extreme customizations require a separate quote.
Products using Guilford Fabric can be made using custom colors. Cost is an additional 10%, with a minimum charge of $175 per order.
Production Time
Most orders are hand-built, to order. Production time is typically 3-4 weeks.

Fabric Choices
Five stock colors, Guilford of Maine FR701-2100 Style: Quartz (380), Silver Papier (538), Grey Mix (238), Medium Grey (298), and Black (408). Call for pricing on other Guilford acoustic fabrics. We primarily use FR-701 due to it’s acoustic transparency in the audio frequency range, so any substitutions may require authorization by our acoustic engineer. See our fabric swatches for stock and special colors.
Fractional Rounds
QuarterRounds and HalfRound traps receive “centered” diffusers unless specified as “offset”. Ask your ASC rep or local designer whether there is benefit in “offsetting” your diffusers. Common applications are sidewall Fractional TubeTrap installations. There is no additional charge for Offset Reflectors.
Finishes
All product endcaps are finished in textured black lacquer.
